The Ivory Coast, also known as Côte d'Ivoire, is a West African country with a diverse range of ecosystems and communities. Despite its rich natural resources and cultural heritage, the Ivory Coast has faced numerous challenges, including political instability and environmental degradation. However, recent efforts to promote sustainable development and conservation have shown promise in preserving the country's unique ecosystems and communities for future generations.

This Project aims to:

  • Restore degraded plantations with 6’000 fruit and forest trees

  • Monitor and maintain these plantations

  • Train local cocoa producers and organisations on the challenges of climate change

  • Ensure sustainable development and forest protection
